Mountain experiences on skis in Ottsjö

Ottsjö is beautifully situated on the slope down to Lake Ottsjön, with views across to Ottfjället and the mountains further south. ICA Ottsjö Bua is at its heart and sells everything from locally produced cheeses to winter boots, and you can refuel your car. It also provides local services for the state off-licence, a pharmacy and the post office. In addition, it is the village tourist office and has apartment and cabin rentals.

Ottsjö has several car parks/trail hubs; in the guide we refer to the one west of BRF Ottsjö Fjällby. Most of the ski routes start there.

Many people in the village are involved with work on the tracks and trails and invest many hours of voluntary work in them.
