An outing for almost any weather

If you start at Köja, ski anti-clockwise in the lit trail to Dalen. From here, the route goes upwards through sheltered forest. After 1.5 km on the Offsjöleden trail, you come to “milspåret”, the 10 km trail. Cross this and continue along the Offsjöleden trail for 200 metres before turning left. The route winds gently upward across open marshes to the Vackermon wind shelter. This is a wonderful place for a picnic with views of Grofjället and Hållfjället.

From Vackermon, turn right onto the Offsjöleden trail that takes you homeward, gently downhill, back to Dalen and ending at Köja.
